News: Seeing things in the round

Each of the pupils worked towards a series of portraits expressing the ideas and importance of one of the articles from the UN convention on children's rights, realized though not as a single image but as a 360 degree series. Each conceived a posture, props and attitude displayed in the pictures to suggest a secondary idea linked to the subject. Fear, freedom, education, the right to play, self expression and more fed into the ideas, dragging the portraits away from purely representing a persons appearance.

360 Portraits - they are later displayed in 'flick book viewers'
